一句话版本：定点焦虑桶不收集、不上传、不分享你的任何数据。你写下的一切只保存在你的设备上。应用不发起任何网络请求。

1. 我们是谁

定点焦虑桶（WorryBucket）由独立开发者 lulu🐰 个人开发和运营。就本政策而言，个人信息处理者即开发者本人。联系方式：wawamu2201@gmail.com。

2. 存储在你设备上的数据

应用运行需要的全部数据都只保存在你设备本机的应用私有存储空间（SQLite 数据库）中，包括：

你记录的焦虑内容及标签；
你的称呼（可选填）；
应用设置（焦虑时间安排、语言、通知偏好）；
归档与处理记录（用于本地统计洞察）。

这些数据不会上传到任何服务器。我们没有服务器，也没有任何途径访问、查看你的数据。

3. 关于敏感个人信息的说明

你记录的焦虑内容，按《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）属于「特殊类别数据」，按《个人信息保护法》（PIPL）属于「敏感个人信息」。正因如此，本应用采用纯本地架构：你的记录不离开你的设备、不被传输、不向任何第三方提供、不跨境流动——因为根本不存在数据传输。

4. 加密与备份

如实说明现状：数据以明文形式存放在应用的私有沙盒内，受 iOS 系统级加密保护（设备锁定时，文件由操作系统硬件加密）。应用未在此之上额外做应用层加密。

如果你开启了 iCloud 或电脑备份，应用数据可能随设备备份一起保存，受 Apple 的备份加密机制保护。你可以在系统设置中管理备份。

5. 删除你的数据

两种方式，随时可用、立即生效：

应用内：设置 → 隐私与数据 → 删除全部数据——永久抹除所有记录、归档与设置，应用回到初始状态（不可恢复）；
或直接删除应用本身。

无需向我们提出申请——我们从未持有过你的数据。

6. 通知

应用只使用本地通知：提醒在你的设备上排程和触发，不经过任何推送服务器。是否授权通知完全由你决定，可随时在系统设置中更改。

7. 我们不做的事

不需要注册账户；
不接入任何统计、分析或追踪 SDK；
没有广告；
不与任何第三方共享数据；
应用不发起任何网络请求。

8. 儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。

9. 非医疗声明

定点焦虑桶是一款自我关怀工具，不是医疗设备，不提供诊断，不能替代专业帮助。如果你正处于危机中，请联系当地的紧急服务或心理援助热线。

10. 政策变更

政策如有更新会发布在本页面，并修改顶部的生效日期。重大变更（例如未来版本引入任何联网功能）会在应用内显著告知。

Privacy Policy

WorryBucket (定点焦虑桶) · Effective: July 18, 2026

The short version: WorryBucket does not collect, upload, or share any of your data. Everything you write stays on your device. The app makes no network requests.

1. Who we are

WorryBucket is built and operated by lulu🐰, an independent solo developer. Contact: wawamu2201@gmail.com.

2. Data stored on your device

Everything the app needs lives in the app's private storage (a SQLite database) on your device only:

your worry entries and their tags;
your name (optional);
app settings (Worry Time schedule, language, notification preferences);
archive and processing history (used for on-device insights).

None of this is ever uploaded to any server. We run no servers and have no way to access or view your data.

3. About sensitive data

What you write about your worries is sensitive by nature — "special category data" under the GDPR. That is exactly why WorryBucket is local-only by design: your entries never leave your device, are never transmitted, and are never shared with anyone — there is simply no data flow to begin with.

4. Encryption & backups

To be transparent about the current state: your data is stored in plain form inside the app's private sandbox, protected by iOS system-level encryption (files are hardware-encrypted while your device is locked). The app does not add its own application-layer encryption on top.

If you use iCloud or computer backups, app data may be included in your device backup, protected by Apple's backup encryption. You can manage backups in your system settings.

5. Deleting your data

Two ways, available anytime, effective immediately:

In the app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete all data — permanently erases every entry, archive and setting and returns the app to its initial state (this cannot be undone);
or simply delete the app.

There is nothing to request from us — we never had your data.

6. Notifications

WorryBucket uses local notifications only: reminders are scheduled and fired on your device, with no push servers involved. Granting permission is entirely up to you and can be changed anytime in system settings.

7. What we don't do

No account or sign-up;
no analytics or tracking SDKs;
no ads;
no data sharing with third parties;
no network requests of any kind.

8. Children

WorryBucket is not directed at children under 13.

9. Not a medical device

WorryBucket is a self-care tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

10. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes (for example, if a future version ever introduces any online feature) will be clearly announced in the app.
